Lord Jesus, human relationships form the soul of Your church on earth. We pray today that Your Holy Spirit will come into our hearts and help us build, not break – homes, churches, organisations, friendships and bonds within the family. Let us not sin by letting the devil destroy relationships with each other. Open our eyes that we may see – that loving our brethren comes right after loving You. Let Your healing love flow into every relationship in our lives. Amen.

Lord Jesus, on this day we bring to You our brothers and sisters who are being rammed by this cruellest attack against their souls. We pray that Your heavenly and earthly angels will support them when they are at their lowest. May they always find a friendly hand to hold, a heart to pray for them and love to bring them back. Break the strongholds of evil right this instant, in Jesus’ mighty name. We pray for those in our family and friends’ circle who have struggled with this evil. Deliver them now and forever – by the mighty power...

Lord Jesus, You taught us about love. But to some, love is manifested as lust. We pray for our brothers and sisters living in the bondage of sexual sin, especially the ones who live it in secret and have no qualms about it. May they have the courage and integrity to recognise their folly and fight it, with Your grace. Pour forth Your Spirit on each one of us so that we may never fall into this evil. Protect our own and our children from being preys to this too. Amen.

Lord Jesus, on this day we specially lift unto You all the widowed across the world. Lord, the loss of ones beloved is one of the most painful experiences of life. We ask You to look kindly on all widows and widowers. As they struggle through loneliness, keep them in Your tight embrace. Keep them always protected and never let their emotions or sexuality be abused. For those who are still not able to overcome the shock of having lost their beloved, we pray that Your hands of healing might be upon their tender hearts right this moment onwards. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You individuals, families, churches and organisations that need a spiritual awakening. May your Spirit come into us and fill us with the gifts and fruits needed for growth. May we never slide in our faith. Let our lives shine and shine for You alone first. And may we become Your voice and touch, to a wounded world. Amen.
