Lord Jesus, on this day we bring to You leaders of our churches, countries, organisations and homes. We pray that they are fine men and women who always listen to their conscience and have the guts to obey it, whatever may be the price. May Your Holy Spirit be with them every step of the way, building groups and people, not breaking them. Bring Your qualities of mercy, justice, humility and honesty into their daily lifestyles. Strengthen those of us who are called to be leaders. May we know how to follow too. May God’s favour be upon our leaders....

Lord Jesus, today we pray for the grace to be free from debt. Lord, help us honour You first with our money. Whatever we earn, let the first fruits be Yours. May our brothers and sisters who are facing loans, mortgages, crisis situations or loss of jobs – be helped in time, by Your angels. May we get back everything the devil has ever stolen from us. Give us financial blessings and Your peace to enjoy it with. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You, all the parents across the world. Lord, we pray that we can rest in Your presence daily and fervently, before we venture into another day of rigorous struggle – directing the paths of our little ones. We pray first of all that they will be so connected to You, as they walk their daily walk. Remember them and us with mercy daily, God, even when we fumble. Grant us Your wisdom and immense grace, to glean insights into their lives, love them like You do, understand them well and guide them the right...

Lord Jesus, today we pray for Your abundant blessings on our new bundles of joy – Your greatest miracles that have just come into our families. We pray that their eyes will see Your goodness in all, their ears will be tuned to Your voice as they grow up in a noisy world, their mouths praise You every day and their baby hearts accept You as early as they can. We pray their baby feet will walk Your walk and their crinkly palms will soon fold in prayer. May they grow up loved and protected as mighty men and women...

LORD JESUS, WE PRAY TODAY FOR YOUR CHILDREN WHO ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE VOCATIONS THEY HAVE CHOSEN OR BEEN MADE TO CHOSE FOR THEIR LIVES. MAY WE BE ABLE TO PRAY FERVENTLY AND REASSESS OUR CHOICES – CAREER, RELIGIOUS LIFE, FAMILY STATUS AND SINGLE HOOD. WE DESIRE TO GLORIFY YOUR PURPOSE AND PERFECT WILL IN OUR LIVES, JESUS. SO HELP US HAVE THE COURAGE TO MAKE BOLD CHANGES OR MAJOR CORRECTIONS IMMEDIATELY IF REQUIRED. MAY IT REALLY BE A CALLING AND NOT SOMETHING TO MERELY SURVIVE WITH ALL OUR LIVES.
