Lord Jesus, today we bring to your our sins that took You to the cross. The disloyalty, anger, greed, unforgiving nature, arrogance, our harsh behaviour, bitter words, greed, neglect of family and friends, unwillingness to help our brethren, alcoholism, lying, cheating, gossip, abortion, wrong relationships, adultery and sexual sins, addictive sins and everything else that You alone are fully aware of. Lord, only Your Holy Spirit can heal us and make us new creations. We humbly kneel at the foot of Your rugged cross this day and plead Your blood of forgiveness over ourselves and our own. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we pray today for all the marital unions in the world – across nations, race and age groups. Lord, You are the designer of the first marriage. We pray that couples today will respect the sanctity of that institution. We bring their children and grandchildren to You. Let disrespect, strife, ego, abuse be removed – in Your precious name. Let marriages be deeply spiritual and soulful unions created by You, with Yourself as the centre. Bind all couples with cords of Your eternal, sacrificial, deep-rooted love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, You taught us a valuable lesson about loving those who hate us. We now pray for each person whom we have harmed and who has harmed us in any way. Sweet Jesus, let Your healing love flow. Let peace be established. May Your children stop hurting each other through their thoughts, words and deeds. Bless each one of our enemies mightily today. Specially bless our family and friends – our dearest ones who treat us like enemies now. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray that Your power falls on us. May a heavy anointing of the Holy Spirit fall on each one of us – the young and the old, men and women and people from all walks of life. May the world come to see Your glory and the manifestation of it on us. May Your people come together in one Spirit to praise You as one church, one flock. May Your Spirit cleanse, heal and renew us all. Use us completely for You, Lord, after that. Amen.

Lord Jesus, You have given us so much, so today, we pray for the gift of gratitude. Thank You, Father, for having created us and given us families. Thank You for being with us in all our joys and sorrows, for Your comfort in our sadness, Your companionship in our loneliness. Thank You for yesterday, today, tomorrow and for the whole of our lives. Thank You for great spouses, Godly friends, sweet children, for health and for grace, for unknown blessings on their way. For food, water and clean air, blessings we take for granted. May we live every day...
