Lord Jesus, today we surrender to You those among us who are struggling in our marriages. We pray that husbands and wives will truly and sincerely love, honour and cherish this special gift from You. Let forgiveness and humility take the place of resentment and ego. May homes be filled with the power and grace of God and may all hurts be washed away by Your precious blood. May their children experience Your healing touch too. Bind these couples together with the eternal cords of Your love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we need a miracle today. We bring to Your Cross, those of us who are awaiting a major touch of God, in our lives. Lord, only Your Spirit can rebuild and revive anything that’s bent, broken or totally shattered. We pray that Your light will come into our lives and provide the miraculous breakthroughs we desperately seek – in our spirituality, ministry, vocation, singlehood, relationship, marriage, career and any situations that we may face, during our daily walk. Lord Jesus, we pray for terrorism to end. May Your Holy Spirit touch the hearts and hands of men and women who have chosen anger, hatred, ego, unforgiveness, bitterness and pride as the way to win their battles. Lord, show them that no agenda that’s against love will ever win. We pray and bless the families and friends of the victims of terrorist attacks. Heal our world, sweet Jesus, with Your mighty touch of love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our brothers and sisters who are being tortured for their faith in You. Lord, let Your mercy and healing flow – into the prosecuted and the prosecutors. May the ones who harm us, know that to know You, is to love, serve and speak about You. May Your name be glorified and spread across the world every second. A special prayer for the souls of those martyred for Christian faith and for their families. May Thy church grow without bounds, Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we pray for missionaries all over the world. Lord, we consecrate each one of them and their families and friends to Your Sacred Heart. We pray in particular for those stuck in faraway lands, surrounded by hostile forces. When troubles and turmoils come, be their strength. Give all of Your missionary servants the humility, simplicity, grace, honesty, dedication and most importantly, Your kind of love – that live up to their calling. Amen.
