Lord Jesus, we surrender to You those of us who are torn and suffering today because of silly misunderstandings. Lord Jesus, on this day we bring to You the leaders of our churches, countries, organisations and homes. We pray that they will be fine men and women who always listen to their conscience and have the guts to obey it, whatever may be the price. May Your Holy Spirit be with them every step of the way, building groups and people, not breaking them. Let them always be open to the cries of the people. Lord Jesus, today we pray for protection – from evil, strife, bad habits and any vile attacks of Satan. Protect our spirituality, families, friends, relationships, health, churches, ministries and jobs. Lord, we want to live glorifying Your name. Sometimes, we build up shackles which destroy instead of keeping us safe. Protect us from today in a very special way, Lord Jesus.
