கடவுள் நம்முடைய மன்றாட்டுக்கு செவிசாய்த்து,நாம் முறையிடும் வேளையில் நம்மை மறைத்துக்கொள்கிறார். நம் விண்ணப்பத்தைக்கேட்டு நம்முடைய கவலைகளை, பாரங்களை அவர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறார். கடுந்துயரம் நம் உள்ளத்தை பிளந்தாலும் சாவின் திகில் நம்மை கவ்விக் கொண்டாலும், அச்சமும், நடுக்கமும் நம்மை பற்றிக்கொண்டாலும் நாம் மனம் கலங்க தேவையில்லை. பிசாசு நம் உள்ளத்தை வஞ்சித்து நம்மை ஏமாற்றி நாம் சோர்ந்து போகும் வண்ணமாக சில முயற்சிகளை கையாளப்பார்ப்பான். நாம் அவனுக்கு எதிர்த்து நின்றால் அவன் நம்மைவிட்டு ஓடிடுவான். நாம் சோர்ந்து போனால் இதுதான் சமயம் என்று நம்மை ஒழிக்கப்பார்ப்பான். ஆகையால் நம் கவலைகளை ஆண்டவரின்மேல் போட்டுவிட்டால் அவர் நம்மை எல்லாத் தீங்கிற்கும் விலக்கி காத்துக்கொள்வார். அதற்காகத்தான் நாம் தினந்தோறும் ஆண்டவரின் வார்த்தைகளை வாசித்து தியானிக்கும்பொழுது அவ்வார்த்தை நம்மை ஒவ்வொருநாளும் மெருகேற்றி நாம் வழிதப்பி போகாதபடிக்கு நமக்கு போதித்து அறிவுரை வழங்கும். யாரையும் தெடிசெல்ல வேண்டிய அவசியமே இல்லை. ஆண்டவரின் வார்த்தை நமக்கு நல்ல வழிக்காட்டியாய் இருக்கும்.அதனால் தான் இயேசுவும் வழியும், உண்மையும், வாழ்வும் நானே என்று யோவான் 14 : 6 ல்...

Lord Jesus, You taught us a valuable lesson about loving those who hate us. We now pray for each person whom we have harmed and who has harmed us in any way. பிரியமானவர்களே! நம்முடைய ஆண்டவர் உயிருள்ளவர். நம்மைப்போல் அவரும் கண்ணீர் விட்டு அழுதிருக்கிறார். இந்தநாளிலும் நம்முடைய கண்ணீரை, துயரங்களை காண்கிறவராகவே இருக்கிறார். அன்பே உருவான தேவன் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் ஆற்றி தேற்றி சந்தோஷத்தாலும், சமானாத்தினாலும் நிரப்புகிறார். பெத்தானியா கிராமத்தில் வசித்த ஒரு குடும்பத்தின்மேல் இயேசு தமது அன்பை செலுத்தி வந்தார். அவர்கள் மார்த்தா அவருடைய சகோதரியான மரியா,இவர்களுடைய சகோதரன் லாசரு என்பவர்கள் மரியா இயேசுவின் மேல் அதிகப்படியான அன்பு வைத்து இருந்தார்கள். இவர்கள்தான் ஆண்டவர்மேல் நறுமணத்தைலம் பூசித் தமது கூந்தலால் அவரின் காலடிகளைத் துடைத்தவர். தேவையான ஒன்றை தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக்கொண்டவர்களும் இவர்களே.அதை யாரும் அவர்களிடம் இருந்து எடுக்க முடியாது. ஒருநாள் இந்த மார்த்தா, மரியா சகோதரன் லாசரு உடல்நிலைக்குறைவால் இறந்துபோனார். அச்சமயத்தில் இயேசுவும் அந்த ஊரில் இல்லை. இச்செய்தியை கேள்விப்பட்டு இயேசு அந்த கிராமத்துக்கு வந்து மார்த்தா, மரியாவை சந்தித்து ஆறுதல் கூருகிரார். அப்பொழுது மார்த்தா ஆண்டவரே நீர் இங்கேயிருந்தீரானால் என் சகோதரன் மரிக்கமாட்டானே. இப்பொழுதும் நீர் கடவுளிடம் கேட்பதை அவர் உமக்கு கொடுப்பார் என்று எனக்குத் தெரியும்...
