Lord Jesus, we surrender to You those of us who are brokenhearted right now. Grief, rejection, insults, illness, loneliness, death, illtreatment, abuse, crisis, lack of spiritual nurturing – all these have left us broken and bruised. Only You can heal and repair our crushed spirits now, Jesus. Lord, help us understand that broken people break others. Help us forgive the ones who break us and let us cut this chain reaction of pain. We pray that Your Spirit will touch us and make us whole.
