Lord Jesus, there is no one who uses the power of words to heal as much as You do. We pray for Christians who inflict deep wounds with their tongue, without a care for others’ feelings. We pray that the ones who are at the receiving end can heal, forgive and forget too, by Your grace. May we become the kind of people who are gentle and loving in our speech. Let the anger, unforgiveness and hatred melt away when we are touched by You daily. Heal our tongues, lest we kill someone with it. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to the foot of Your cross all those are putting up a show of piety. Lord, when You walked the earth, You hated hypocrisy and called it the yeast of the Pharisees. We pray that You cleanse Your church and its people of any trace of power abuse, hypocrisy, deception and lies. Tear down the walls of evil. Make us know that the punishment for deceivers will be great from a God who abhors any kind of deceit. Let true repentance happen and let us not make a mockery of our faith. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray for those who deny the presence of You, our living God. May Your Holy Spirit convict them and bring them to repentance. We pray that every year they have lost will be regained for Your glory. Open the eyes of their souls that they may really see You. Let us Christians be used as instruments to bring the lost back into the fold. Keep us from losing the faith too. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we surrender to You singles who are longing to have a life partner. You alone know the desires of our hearts, our endless prayers and deepest aches. We pray that miracles of the kind that led Ruth to Boaz and Tobias to Sara, will take place in our lives too, so that we and our dear ones may see that and glorify Your name. May the way each of us Christian singles get a spouse from You alone, become a testimony to many. If we missed our own soul mate or our calling, rework our lives so we...

Lord Jesus, today we pray that Your power falls on us. May a heavy anointing of the Holy Spirit fall on each one of us – the young and the old, men and women and people from all walks of life. May the world come to see Your glory and the manifestation of it. May Your people come together in one Spirit to praise You as one church, one flock. May Your Spirit cleanse, heal and renew us all. Use us completely for You, Lord, after that. Amen.
