Lord Jesus, today we surrender to You those among us who are struggling in our marriages. We pray that husbands and wives will truly and sincerely love, honour and cherish this special gift from You. Let forgiveness and humility take the place of resentment and ego. May homes be filled with the power and grace of God and may any hurts be washed away by Your precious blood. May their children experience Your healing touch too. Bind these couples together with the eternal cords of Your love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we pray for missionaries all over the world. Lord, we consecrate each one of them and their families and friends to Your Sacred Heart. We pray in particular for those stuck in faraway lands, surrounded by hostile forces. When troubles and turmoils come, be their strength. Give all of Your missionary servants the humility, simplicity, grace, honesty, dedication and most importantly, Your kind of love – that live up to their calling. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You those who are grieving – those struggling with mute pain and suffering due to irreparable loss. Jesus, only Your Holy Spirit can heal our grief – some affected by death, end of relationships, illnesses and crisis. Come into our situations and be our peace. Let us know that earth truly has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we surrender to You each man, woman and child, who is facing death right now. We pray that Your Spirit strengthens and calms them, when they enter the valley of death. May each one of them receive the grace to know Your presence, the comfort of Your angels, the prayers of Your saints and have a peaceful death. Give Your grace to those who are holding them and grieving, when they cross the barrier. May none of our dear ones die violent or untimely deaths and may we never have to face death in fear or in loneliness,...

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our wounds. O God who healed the sick, have mercy on us all. May Your love that surpasses all human understanding fill us, cleanse us and strengthen us. Remove from each one of us any deep inner wounds which we got right from the time we were conceived, up to today. We pray that we can forgive and forget. Help heal the ones we have wounded too, sweet Jesus. Amen
