Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our brothers and sisters who are mentally unstable. Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name we pray that they will be delivered and saved from destruction. Let schizophrenia, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, fear, psychosis, neurosis, manic depression and all kinds of mental illness be routed from our families and communities. Let them never harm themselves or others. Let them be set free forever from all emotional bondages, forever. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our brothers and sisters who are being tortured for their faith in You. Lord, let Your mercy and healing flow – into the prosecuted and the prosecutors. May the ones who harm us, know that to know You, is to speak about You. May Your name be glorified and spread across the world every second. A special prayer for the souls of those martyred for Christian faith and for their families. May Thy church grow without bounds, Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You individuals and organisations suffering from stress. Lord, You are the Lord over our emotions. Make us feel Your presence when we are anxious and disturbed. Clear the clutter and chaos in our lives, with Your Holy Spirit. Bless events where people are struggling with last minute organisation, lack of support and unkind people. Let Your peace flow. Amen.

Lord Jesus, You taught us about love. But to some, love is manifested as lust. We pray for our brothers and sisters living in the bondage of sexual immorality, especially the ones who live it in secret. May they have the courage and integrity to recognise their folly and fight it, with Your grace. Pour forth Your Spirit on each one of us so that we may never fall into evil. Amen.
