Lord Jesus, on this day we specially lift unto You those who are caring for the ill – doctors, nurses and full time carers. Jesus, may they see You in the ones they are treating. Let care not become a business, but the biggest channel of Your divine love. May Your mercy and grace shine through these people, may the sick see You and sense Your blessing, peace and touch from these carers, when the suffering gets unbearable. A special prayer that these jobs are never abused. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we plead for the protection of Your Blood – from evil, strife, bad habits and any vile attacks of Satan. Lord, we want to live glorifying Your name. Sometimes, we build up shackles which destroy instead of keeping us safe. Protect us in a very special way, Lord Jesus. Send Your angels to stand guard over us and our own. More than anything, keep us away from anything that blocks us away from loving You and loving our brethren like You want them loved. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray for some of the ignored in our society – the widows, widowers, orphans and single parents. We pray that You will be the absent spouse, mother and father for them all. May Your love surround them when they are at their lowest. May Your Holy Spirit give them inner strength, courage and joy. May angels be at their service when they need them. Bless the weakest mightily, Lord. Bring the right kind of partners, friends and family into their lives. Forgive and heal the ones who reject them and cause them suffering. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we surrender to You those of us who are torn and suffering today because of silly misunderstandings; the ones who are silent and angry towards their dearest ones. We pray that Your love penetrates into our very souls and heals the wounds which run deep. May we believers learn to rebuke the devil and stay away from his tactics. May we make peace first, before bringing ourselves to Your altar. May our relationships be blessed more and more. May rifts be healed and let love from You towards our people, surpass everything. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You all Your children who are longing to hold a baby in their arms. Lord, we pray for mercy. We pray for the grace to trust You and for strength, if the wait has been long. May all marriage beds be kept holy. Forgive all the sins that couples have committed against their spirits, souls and bodies. We also pray that more and more childless men and women will be open to giving lonely orphans a home. Let their prayers meet in heaven for a common good. May the couples’ cries for an heir...
