Today, we pray for sick children

Lord Jesus, today we surrender to you babies and children who are suffering and in pain. Heal their emotional and physical wounds, Lord. When they cry out, may your angels rush to their aid and soothe their brows. Give them the assurance that you are carrying them in your precious arms. When tears flow, give their families Your love and grace. May no child go to bed feeling the despair of suffering tonight. Amen.

Today, we pray for those on the verge of giving up

Lord Jesus, we bring to You those who have really reached the end of their tether. We pray for those of us who want to give up on their faith, church-going, family life, relationships, work, friendships, ministry and any other task entrusted to them. We lift each one of us today to Your Presence in a special way, for that anointing and grace which only You can give. Send us angels to help us, Lord. When we face harsh judgement, loneliness, illness and rejection, let us know that its not from You, but from the evil one. Help us to...

Today, we pray for those longing to attend a retreat

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You each man, woman and child seeking You. We pray that those who desperately wish to attend a retreat can do so, soon. Remove the hindrances, anxieties, people and negative circumstances that are blocking their plans. We surrender each person and their desire to know You fully, at the foot of the cross. May their cries reach Your ears today and may they get the deliverance only You can give. Amen.

Today, we pray over dead relationships

Lord Jesus, human relationships are the soul of Your church on earth. We pray today that Your Holy Spirit will come into our hearts and help us build, not break – homes, churches, organisations, friendships and bonds within the family. We pray e wont be manipulated by letting the devil destroy relationships with each other. Open our eyes that we may see that loving our brethren comes right after loving You. Let Your healing flow into every relationship in our lives. Amen.
