Lord Jesus, today we pray for those among us caught up in helpless situations. Grief, stress, family problems, illness, work issues, sinful bondage, abuse and financial crisis – only You can deliver us from these, sweet Jesus. May Your power flow into these areas and more, bringing healing, comfort and joy. We pray for redemption. We pray for angels to be rushed to our side. More than anything, let us have the assurance and the peace from Your Holy Spirit. Thank you for always being there, Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus. today we bring to the foot of Your cross all our brothers and sisters who are tied to their beds. We pray that Your Holy Spirit brings strength back to their limbs and they rise and walk. We believe that by Your stripes they are healed. Lord, help us in our unbelief any time we waver. We also pray for the ones waiting on these friends, that they may get Your courage to serve better and serve in love. Be with them in their low points and highs. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we pray for those among us who have faced emotional, sexual or physical abuse. Children who have been tortured, women who have had their dignity stripped off and men who have been insulted. When our brethren suffer, Lord, surround them with Your angels. A prayer for those who have done the cruel acts – have mercy on them and help the victims forgive completely. May Your love bring total healing – the kind that only Your Holy Spirit can give us. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray for some of the ignored in our society – the widows, widowers, orphans and single parents. We pray that You will be the absent spouse, friend, mother and father for them all. May Your love surround them when they are at their lowest. May Your Holy Spirit give them inner strength, courage and joy. May angels be at their service when they need them. Bless their families and friends too mightily, Lord. Forgive the ones who reject them and cause them suffering. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our wounds. O God who healed the sick, have mercy on us all. May Your love that surpasses all human understanding fill us, cleanse us and strengthen us. Remove from each one of us any deep inner wounds which we got right from the time we were conceived, up to today. We pray that we can forgive and forget completely by Your grace. Help heal the ones we have wounded too. Amen.
