Lord Jesus, today we bring to You people who are living away from their families and dear ones. We pray that the circumstances – poverty,  job,  stress within the family, strife, whatever may be causing partners, parents, children live separated by miles, to be sorted. We pray that by Your grace, they will be able to come together to worship in Your presence every day. May no human being go to bed lonely. Let bondages that keep them separate be broken by Your mighty power. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You all the families in the world. Lord,  the evil one is destroying families and close relationships. We pray that all families are protected and that strife is routed in Your mighty name. May members of families learn the importance of praying – together and for each other. And through the power of that prayer, may we always live in physical and emotional togetherness and love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray for the grace to be free from debt. Lord, help us to honour You first with our money. Whatever we earn, let the first fruits be Yours. May our brothers and sisters who are facing debts, loans, mortgages, crisis situations or loss of jobs – be helped in time, by Your angels. Give us financial blessings. When the system fails us, please provide us adequate for our needs. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You, all Your children who are homemakers. Lord, they often do the unpaid, thankless service no one wants to do, and do it lifelong. We thank You for these wonderful women and men who choose their families and those needs before their own success and a probable career. We bless their work worn hands, Jesus. A special prayer for the mums and dads and relatives and administrators who have made our own homes and institutions true homes of selfless love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we bring to You those who have really reached the end of their tether. We pray for those of us who want to give up on our faith, church-going, family life, relationships, work, friendships, ministry and any other task entrusted to us. We lift each one of us today to Your Presence in a special way, for that anointing and grace which only You can give. Send us angels to help us, Lord. When we face harsh judgement, loneliness, illness and rejection, let us know that its not from You, but from the evil one, who can even...
