Lord Jesus, today we bring to You, all the parents across the world. Lord, we pray that we can rest in Your presence daily and fervently, before we venture into another day of rigorous struggle – directing the paths of our little ones. We pray first of all that they will be so connected to You, as they walk their daily walk. Remember them and us with mercy daily, God, even when we fumble. Grant us Your wisdom and immense grace, to glean insights into their lives, love them like You do, understand them well and guide them the right...

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You, Your silent supporters on this earth. Lord, bless and honour those who clean the pews, decorate the halls for worship, do secretarial work, wash the toilets and do odd jobs behind the scenes – the cooks, sound technicians, volunteer staff, drivers, launderers, babysitters and all those who faithfully and quietly support ministries worldwide, with their effort, time and money, for Your glory. A prayer for their families too. May their rewards come from You. And frequently remind each of us that each role comes from You, so respect all jobs, all brethren. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we surrender to You today our desire to become saints. We were created to worship and honour You with our lives. We consecrate ourselves to You in a special way today, O Christ the King and pray that we will live fulfilling lives that bring honour to Your name. May our homes, churches and workplaces be places which shape us into saintly people. Let us become role models for other Christians, in our love, purity, honesty, integrity, humility, joyfulness, holiness and simplicity. Amen.

Lord Jesus, on this day we bring to You our brothers and sisters who are being rammed by this cruellest attack against their souls. We pray that Your heavenly and earthly angels will support them when they are at their lowest. May they always find a friendly hand to hold, pray and bring them back. Break the strongholds of evil. Deliver them right now and forever – by the mighty power of Your Precious Blood, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
