പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥനയില്‍ ദൈവം സംസാരിക്കുന്നു… ഈ ഞായര്‍ സുവുശേഷ വിചിന്തനം പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന എന്നാല്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുന്‍പില്‍ കുറെ ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ നിരത്തലാണ് എന്ന ചിന്ത നമ്മില്‍ പലര്‍ക്കും ഉണ്ട്.. ഇന്നത്തെ സുവിശേഷം നല്‍കുന്ന കാഴ്ചപ്പാട് നമുക്ക് നോക്കാം. സെബദീ പുത്രന്മാരായ യോഹന്നാനും യാക്കോബും യേശുവിനോട് വന്നു പറയുന്നത് അവര്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന കാര്യം സാധിച്ചു കൊടുക്കണം എന്നാണു.. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍ അങ്ങ് സാധിച്ചു തരിക.. അങ്ങയുടെ മഹത്വത്തില്‍ അങ്ങയുടെ ഇടത്തും വലത്തും ഇരിക്കുവാനുള്ള ഭാഗ്യം ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് തരണം.. അവരുടെ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന അവസാനിച്ചു.. പക്ഷെ ഓരോ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥനക്കും ശേഷം ദൈവം നമ്മോട് ചിലതൊക്കെ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്. കര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ മുന്‍പില്‍ കരഞ്ഞു നിലവിളിച്ചു കുറെ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും നിരത്തിവെച്ചിട്ട് വേഗത്തില്‍ ഇറങ്ങി പോകുന്ന മനുഷ്യരെ നമ്മുക്ക് കാണാന്‍ കഴിയും.. ദൈവം അവരെ കേട്ട്.. എന്നാല്‍ ദൈവത്തെ കേള്‍ക്കുവാന്‍ സമയമില്ലാത്ത മനുഷ്യര്‍. പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന ദൈവവും മനുഷ്യനും തമ്മിലുള്ള സംഭാഷണമാണ്, ബന്ധമാണ്. ഇവിടെ നമ്മള്‍ വാതോരാതെ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളും നിയോഗങ്ങളും മാത്രം സമര്‍പ്പിക്കലാണ് പലപ്പോഴും നടക്കുന്നത്....
