Lord Jesus. today we bring to You our wounds. Oh God who healed the sick, have mercy on us all. May Your love that surpasses all human understanding – fill us, cleanse us and strengthen us. Remove from each one of us any deep inner wounds which we got right from the time we were conceived, up to this day. We pray that we can forgive and forget, and help heal the ones we have wounded too. Cover us, Lord Jesus, and our own, with Your Precious Blood. Amen.
Lord Jesus, today we pray for those who deny the existence of You, our living God. May Your Holy Spirit convict them, Your Precious Blood wash them and bring them to repentance. We pray that every year that they have lost will be regained for Your glory, for Your kingdom. Open the eyes of their souls that they may really see You. Let us Christians be used as instruments to bring the lost back into the fold. May we never drive anyone away from You, with our loveless words or actions. Keep us from losing the faith too. Amen.
Lord Jesus, You taught us a valuable lesson about loving those who hate us. We now pray for each person whom we have harmed and who has harmed us in any way, especially the ones who have stabbed us on our backs. Sweet Jesus, let Your healing and love flow. Let peace be established. May we, Your children, stop hurting each other through our thoughts, words and deeds. Bless each one of our enemies mightily today. Amen.
Lord Jesus, today we pray for those who live on this earth with no one to call their own. May Your love surround them and make them feel wanted, instead of rejected. Lord, bless the old and the young who long for a family. We pray that homes will be opened to young ones who are seeking adoptive parents. May all of us truly become one family – with members accountable to and for one another. Amen.
Lord Jesus, we pray for those among us who are now ill – spiritually, emotionally and physically. Only You, the Divine Healer, can give us complete healing for our spirits, souls and bodies. We pray that Your Spirit comforts those who are in pain. Break the power of evil over our lives with Your Precious Blood, Lord Jesus Christ. May no one stay away from Your presence, unhappy or suffering. Heal us completely, sweet Jesus. Amen.
