Lord Jesus, today we thank You for the angels we call our friends. Bless, sanctify and strengthen our friendships. We praise and glorify You for their love and support – the friend in school, the one who shared secrets in college, the colleague who always lends an ear and the stranger who became the most integral part of our lives, more than a sibling by blood. May they never see distress in their lives, but always be Your witness of love, peace and joy. Bless all our friends today in a very special way, Lord Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray for those of us who feel rejected. Father God, sometimes we feel so forgotten and worthless, rejected by God and men. During moments like those, rush in Holy Spirit to comfort us and cover us. We pray for the loved ones who have cast us away. Lord Jesus, we surrender every moment when we have felt used. Heal us and show us You will never leave us or forsake us. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to Your presence all the inter faith and cross cultural marriages in the world. Lord, You created marriage for men and women to glorify Your name together. Many times, couples struggle to honour You or love each other when differences in faith take prominence. We surrender them and their children, parents, siblings, relatives and friends to Your Sacred Heart. Bless them and help them truly take You to their spouse through unconditional love like Yours. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You, the Fountain of all Holiness – a desire for our purification. Cleanse us of all iniquity; keep our souls holy, our minds clean and our bodies chaste. When evil tries to taunt and entice us with sin, keep us protected. Let today be the beginning of our sanctification. Create in us clean hearts and seal our senses with Your Precious Blood. Amen.
