Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our disappointments with God, the Church and Christians. The many tears, the countless unanswered prayers, the rejection, the insults, the endless waiting for a miracle from heaven – we surrender them all to You, Lord; not with anger, but with true submission and humility. Lord Jesus, human relationships form the soul of Your church on earth. We pray today that Your Holy Spirit will come into our hearts and help us build, not break – homes, churches, organisations, friendships and bonds within the family. Let us not sin by letting the devil destroy relationships with each other. Open our eyes that we may see – that loving our brethren comes right after loving You. Let Your healing love flow into every relationship in our lives. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we pray for some of the ignored in our society – the widows, widowers, orphans and single parents. We pray that You will be the absent spouse, mother and father for them all. May Your love surround them when they are at their lowest. May Your Holy Spirit give them inner strength, courage and joy. May angels be at their service when they need them. Bless their families and friends too mightily, Lord. Forgive the ones who reject them and cause them suffering. Amen.

Lord Jesus, today we bring to You those among us who are hungering for a square meal. Lord, do not judge our cruel world where the wealthy and we who call ourselves after Your name as Christians, are enjoying the best of luxuries while millions are starving. We also surrender many individuals’ hunger for love, care and fellowship. We especially submit the vulnerable – the old, the children and the lonely, who do not have anyone to offer them anything and have to fend for themselves daily. May those who hunger be filled, by You and by Your creations who...

Lord Jesus. today we bring to the foot of Your cross all our brothers and sisters who are tied to their beds. We pray that Your Holy Spirit brings strength back to their limbs and that they rise and walk. We believe that by Your stripes they are healed. Lord, help us in our unbelief any time we waver. We also pray for the ones waiting on these friends, that they may get Your courage to serve better and serve in love. Be with them in their low points and highs. Amen.
