(NIV) The English Standard Version translates it… Forever, O LORD, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens. (ESV) Whatever translation you prefer, the message is the same. God’s Word is firmly fixed and settled in heaven forever. God is not a man that He should lie. His Word is His bond and it is anchored in heaven itself....

Lord Jesus, we pray for those among us and our families and dear ones, who are now really ill. Only You, the Divine Healer, can give people the complete healing for our spirits, souls and bodies. We pray that Your Spirit comforts those who are in pain. May no one go away from Your presence, unhappy or suffering. Heal us, sweet Jesus. May our lives become great witnesses of Your healing touch. Amen.

உயிர்த்த இயேசுவை முதலில் பார்த்தவர் என்ற பெருமையை உடையவர் மகதலா மரியா. மரியா இயேசுவைக்கண்டாலும் அவரால் இயேசுவை அடையாளம் காணமுடியவில்லை. அதற்கு இரண்டு காரணங்களை நாம் சொல்லலாம். 1. இயேசுவைப்பிரிந்த துக்கம் அவருடைய கண்களை மறைத்தது. மரியா எந்த அளவுக்கு இயேசு மீது அன்பு வைத்திருந்தார் என்பதற்கு, இருள் நீங்கும் முன்பே தனி ஆளாக, பெண்ணாக இருந்தாலும் துணிவோடு கல்லறை வாயிலுக்கு இயேசுவைத்தேடிவந்ததைச்சொல்லலாம். அந்த அளவுக்கு இயேசு மீது அவர் அன்பு வைத்திருந்தார். அந்த அன்புதான் இயேசுவின் இழப்பைத் தாங்கிக்கொள்ள முடியாத சோகத்தைக்கொடுத்தது. எனவே தான் இயேசு கண்ணெதிரே நின்றாலும் அவரால் இயேசுவை அடையாளம் காணமுடியவில்லை. வாழ்வில் நமக்கேற்படும் துன்பங்களும், கலக்கங்களும் கடவுளை அறிந்துகொள்வதற்கு தடைக்கற்களாக இருக்கிறது. 2. அவளுடைய பார்வை கல்லறையில் பதிந்திருந்ததால், உயிர்த்த இயேசுவைப்பார்க்க முடியவில்லை. அதாவது, கல்லறையைத்தாண்டி மரியாளால் சிந்திக்க முடியவில்லை. இயேசு இலாசரை உயிர்ப்பித்திருக்கிறார். நாற்றமடித்த உடலுக்கு உயிர் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார். அப்படி வல்லமை பொருந்திய இயேசுவால்,...
