“Make every effort to preserve the unity.” –Ephesians 4:3 From prison, Paul pleaded with his Christian brothers and sisters to “live a life worthy” of their calling (Eph 4:1). This meant being humble, meek, long-suffering, and lovingly forebearing (Eph 4:2). This radically different way of life was necessary to preserve and deepen the early Church’s unity in the Spirit (Eph 4:3). One very high priority was unity in the body, the Spirit, and in hope, unity in the Lord, faith, and Baptism, and in the God and Father of all (Eph 4:4-6). லூக்கா 12:54-59 இறையேசுவில் இனியவா்களே! நம்பிக்கையோடும் ஆர்வத்தோடும் திருப்பலிக்கு வந்திருக்கின்ற உங்கள் அனைவரையும் அன்போடு வரவேற்கின்றேன். இந்த நாள் உங்களுக்கு இனிய நாளாக இருக்கவும், நீங்கள் நல்ல உடல்நலத்துடன் வாழவும், உங்கள் வாழ்க்கை ஆசீர்வாதமாக அமையவும் உங்களை வாழ்த்துகிறேன். ஆண்டவரிடம் மன்றாடுகிறேன். “ஒரு பவுண்ட் தேனை சேகரிக்க, தேனீ இருபது லட்சம் மலர்களைத் தேடிச்செல்கிறது”. வாழ்க்கையை நேசிப்பவர்கள், நேரத்தை நிச்சயமாக நேசிப்பார்கள். ஏனெனில் வாழ்க்கை நேரத்தால் ஆனது. நேரத்தின் மதிப்பு தெரியுமா? அப்படியானால் வாழ்க்கையின் மதிப்பும் தெரியும். இன்றைய நற்செய்தி வாசகம் காலத்தின் மதிப்பை நமக்குக் கற்றுத் தருகிறது. ஆகவே கேளுங்க.. கேளுங்க நற்செய்தி வாசகத்தை நல்லா கேளுங்க. மாறுங்க இன்றே மாறுங்க.. காலத்தை சரியாக பயன்படுத்தும்போது இரண்டு சாகசங்களை நாம் செய்ய முடிகிறது. 1. சமாதானம் செய்ய முடிகிறது எதிரியோடு சண்டை என்றால் சரியாக நேரத்தை பயன்படுத்தும் போது அங்கே சமாதானம் அறுவடை செய்யப்படுகிறது. எல்லா பகைவர்களையும் இந்த சரியான...

லூக்கா 12:49-53 இறையேசுவில் இனியவா்களே! நம்பிக்கையோடும் ஆர்வத்தோடும் திருப்பலிக்கு வந்திருக்கின்ற உங்கள் அனைவரையும் அன்போடு வரவேற்கின்றேன். இந்த நாள் உங்களுக்கு இனிய நாளாக இருக்கவும், நீங்கள் நல்ல உடல்நலத்துடன் வாழவும், உங்கள் வாழ்க்கை ஆசீர்வாதமாக அமையவும் உங்களை வாழ்த்துகிறேன். ஆண்டவரிடம் மன்றாடுகிறேன். மண்ணுலகில் தீமூட்டவே வந்தேன் என்ற வார்த்தையோடு இன்றைய நற்செய்தி வாசகம் ஆரம்பமாகிறது். ஆரம்பமே அதிரடி அதிர்ச்சியாக இருக்கிறது. இந்த வார்த்தைதான் அக்டோபர் மாத்திற்கான அதிரடி அதிர்ச்சியாகும். தீமூட்ட இந்த வார்த்தை எதிர்மறையானது அல்ல. மாறாக நேர்மறையானதும் நம்மை நேராக்க கூடியதும் இந்த வார்த்தைதான். எப்படி? இந்த நெருப்பு அல்லது தீ என்ற வார்த்தை இயேசுவைக் குறிக்கிறது. இயேசு என்ற நெருப்பிடம் நாம் நெருங்கி வரும்போது பல வல்ல செயல்கள் நடக்கின்றன. அவற்றுள் மிக முக்கியமான இரண்டு. 1. எரிக்கிறது நெருப்பின் மிக முக்கியமான பணி எரி்ப்பது. அசுத்தத்தை எரித்து அழகை அளிப்பது. இயேசு என்ற நெருப்பு நமக்குள் இருக்கும்...
