திருப்பாடல் 119: 89 – 90, 91 & 130, 135 & 175 கடவுளின் வாக்கு என்றென்றும் இந்த உலகத்தில் உள்ளது என்று இந்த திருப்படல் நமக்கு சொல்கிறது. வாக்கு என்பதை நாம் எப்படி புரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்? வாக்கு என்பதை நாம் வார்த்தை என்கிற பொருளில் அர்த்தப்படுத்தலாம். தொடக்கத்தில் கடவுள் இந்த உலகத்தைப் படைத்தபோது, ”ஒளி உண்டாகுக” என்று சொல்கிறார். உடனே அங்கு ஒளி தோன்றிற்று. ஆக, ஆண்டவரது வார்த்தை புதிய உலகத்தைத் தோற்றுவித்தது. இந்த உலகமே கடவுளின் வார்த்தையால் உருவானது. இயேசுவின் பிறப்பைப்பற்றி யோவான் சொல்கிறபோது, “வாக்கு மனுவுருவானார்” என்று சொல்கிறார். கடவுளின் வார்த்தை இயேசுவில் மனித உருவம் எடுக்கிறது. ஆக, கடவுளின் வாக்கு என்பது, இறைவனோடு ஒப்பிடப்படுகிற வார்த்தையாக இருக்கிறது. ”என்றென்றைக்கும் உள்ளது உமது வாக்கு” என்பது, இறைவன் நம்மில் ஒருவராக, நம்மோடு இயற்கையின் வடிவத்திலும், இறைவார்த்தையின் வடிவத்திலும், கடவுளின் சாயலாக படைக்கப்பட்ட மனிதர்களின் வடிவத்திலும் இருக்கிறார்...

திருப்பாடல் 82: 3 – 4, 6 – 7 உலகில் நடக்கும் அநீதிகளையும், தீங்கு செய்வோரையும் கண்டு மனம் வெதும்பிப்பாடும் ஓர் ஆன்மாவின் குரல் தான் இன்றைய திருப்பாடல். இந்த உலகம் இரண்டு வகையானது. மக்களை அடக்கி ஆள வேண்டும் என்கிற எண்ணம் படைத்த அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தினர் ஒருபுறம். தங்களது அதிகாரத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி, சாதாரண மக்கள் மீது வரிகளையும், பாரங்களையும் சுமத்தி, அவர்களைச் சிந்திக்க விடாது செய்துகொண்டிருக்கிறவர்கள். மற்றொரு பக்கத்தில், வேறு வழியில்லாமல் அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தினரின் அடக்குமுறைக்கு பலியாகிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் ஏழை, எளிய வர்க்கத்தினர். இந்த இரண்டு வகையினர்க்கும் இடையே மறைமுக போராட்டம் நடந்து கொண்டு தான் இருக்கிறது. ஏதோ ஒரு வகையில், அதிகாரவர்க்கம் தன்னுடைய அதிகாரத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி, ஏழை, எளியவர்களை நசுக்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. ஏழைகளும் மீள முடியாமல் இந்த அடிமைத்தனத்தை சகித்துக்கொண்டு, தாங்கள் மீண்டு எழுவதற்கு ஏதாவது வாய்ப்பு அமைந்துவிடாதா? என்ற நம்பிக்கையில் காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். இப்படிப்பட்ட சூழ்நிலையில் தான், திருப்பாடல் ஆசிரியர், கடவுளை...
