குருத்துவத்தின் மேன்மை

குருத்துவத்தின் மாண்பு இந்த நற்செய்தி வெளிப்படுகிறது. குருத்துவம் என்பது தேர்ந்து கொள்வது அல்ல. அது கொடுக்கப்படக்கூடிய கொடை. கடவுளின் அருள் இல்லாமல் யாரும் குருத்துவத்தைப் பெற்று, வாழ்ந்துவிட முடியாது. அது ஒரு பெறுதற்கரிய பேறு. இந்த மகிமையை இயேசு நமக்கு தருகிறார். திருமணத்தின் மகிமையை, ஆண், பெண் திருமண உறவு, எந்த அளவுக்கு புனிதமானது என்பதை வலியுறுத்தும் இயேசு, அதோடு கூட, குருத்துவத்தின் புனிதத்தன்மையையும் சொல்வது அற்புதமானது. குருத்துவம் என்பது கடவுளுக்கான முழுமையான அர்ப்பணம். கடவுள் பணிக்காக, கடவுளின் மக்களுக்காக தன்னையே முழுமையாக அர்ப்பணித்து, அதற்காக தன் முழு ஆற்றலையும் கொடுப்பது. அந்த குருத்துவப் பணியில் கடவுளின் அளவுகடந்த, அன்பும், அருளும் நிறைவாகக் கிடைக்கிறது. குருத்துவம் என்பது எளிதான பணி அல்ல. அதனை கடவுள் அருளின்றி யாரும் வாழ்ந்துவிடவும் முடியாது. அதன் மகிமை போற்றப்பட வேண்டும். அந்த பணியை ஏற்றிருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு, நமது முழு ஒத்துழைப்பையும், அதன் மாண்பு காப்பாற்றப்படுவதற்கு உதவியையும் செய்ய...

THE TRANSFORMING POWER OF GIVING AND GIVING ALL

“He who sows sparingly will reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will reap bountifully.” –2 Corinthians 9:6 “In the measure you give you shall receive, and more besides” (Mk 4:24). The Lord promises that we will never out-give Him. If we give bountifully, we will harvest more than we sow and receive more than we give.
