நமது சான்று எது ?

தனது பணி இறைவனின் பணிதான் என்பதற்கான சான்றுகளாக இயேசு முன்வைப்பவற்றை இன்று வாசிக்கிறோம். திருமுழுக்கு யோவான். யோவான் “இவரே இறைவனின் செம்மறி” என்று அறிவித்தார். தந்தை ஒப்படைத்த செயல்கள். எளியோருக்கு நற்செய்தி, நோயுற்றோருக்கு நலம், சிறைப்பட்டோருக்கு உரிமை வாழ்வு என்பவை இறைவனால் அனுப்பப்பட்டவரின் செயல்கள். இயேசு அவற்றைச் செய்தார். வானகத் தந்தை. “இவர் என்பார்ந்த மகன். இவருக்கு செவிசாயுங்கள்” என்ற தந்தையின் குரலை பலர் கேட்டிருந்தனர். மறைநூல். இயேசுவின் வாழ்வில் நடந்த பலவும் மறைநூலில் முன்குறித்தபடியே நிகழ்ந்திருந்தன. யூத முறைப்படி ஒருவருக்கு இரண்டு சாட்சிகள் போதும். ஆனால், இயேசு தனது பணியின் உண்மைத் தன்மையை மெய்ப்பிக்க மறுக்க இயலாத வகையில் நான்கு சான்றுகளை வழங்குகிறார். நாம் இறைவனின் விருப்பப்படியே வாழ்கிறோம் என்பதற்கு என்ன சான்றுகள் இருக்கின்றன என்று இத்தவக்காலத்தில் ஆய்வு செய்வோம். மன்றாடுவோம்: நிறைவின் நாயகனாம் இயேசுவே, உம்மைப் பற்றுகிறோம். மறைநூலின்படியும், இறைத்தந்தையின் விருப்பப்படியும் நீர் வாழ்ந்தீர். பணி செய்தீர். உம்மைப்...

திருமுழுக்கு யோவானின் வாழ்க்கை

திருமுழுக்கு யோவானைப் பற்றிய சான்று பகர்தலின் வெளிப்பாடு தான் இன்றைய நற்செய்தி வாசகம்(லூக்கா 7:24-30). திருமுழுக்கு யோவான் மனமாற்றத்திற்காக தன்னுடைய உயிரையே அர்ப்பணித்தவர். மக்கள் மனம்மாற வேண்டும், மக்களை ஆளும் மன்னன் மனம்மாற வேண்டும். தீய வழிகளை விட்டுவிட்டு, கடவுளின் அரசில் அவர்கள் நுழைய வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக, தனது வாழ்வையே அர்ப்பணித்தவர். அதற்காக தவவாழ்க்கையை வாழ்ந்தவர். அவரைப்பற்றி இயேசு மக்களுக்குப் போதிக்கிறார். பொதுவாக இயேசு தனது போதனையில் தன்னைப்பற்றியோ, அடுத்தவரைப்பற்றியோ மிகுதியான வார்த்தைகளைப் பேசுவது கிடையாது. வெறும் பெயருக்காகவோ, புகழுக்காகவோ, தற்பெருமைக்காகவோ இயேசுவின் போதனை அமைந்தது இல்லை. ஆனால், இன்றைய நற்செய்தியில் அப்படிப்பட்ட இயேசு, திருமுழுக்கு யோவானைப் புகழ்ந்து கூறுகிறார் என்றால், எந்த அளவுக்கு யோவானின் வாழ்க்கை அமைந்திருந்தது என்பதை இது வெளிக்காட்டுகிறது. இது இயேசு, யோவானுக்கு கொடுத்த மணிமகுடம். யோவானின் நல்ல வாழ்வை, தவ வாழ்வை, புனிதமிக்க வாழ்வை அங்கீகரிப்பதற்கான போதனை. நமது வாழ்வில் நல்லது செய்கிறவர்களையும், மற்றவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துக்காட்டான...
