கடவுள் நம் அனைவரின் தந்தை

யூத ராபிக்களிடையே, கடவுள் எகிப்தியர்களை செங்கடலில் மூழ்கடித்த நிகழ்வுகளைப் பற்றி ஒரு கதை ஒன்று சொல்வார்கள்: எகிப்தியர்கள் இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களைத் துரத்தி வருகிறார்கள். செங்கடலை கடந்து விட்ட, இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களை அவர்கள் பின்தொடர்ந்து வருகிறார்கள். கடல் நீர் பொங்கி எழுந்து அனைத்து எகிப்தியர்களும் மூழ்கி இறந்து போகிறார்கள். இதனைக்கண்ட வானதூதர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியில் கடவுளைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடினார்கள். ஆனால், கடவுளோ மிகவும் சோகமாக, என்னுடைய படைப்புகள் அங்கே இறந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. நீங்களோ என்னை புகழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்களே, என்று வேதனைப்பட்டாராம். இதுதான் கடவுளின் அன்பு. கடவுளின் அன்பை நாம் எதனோடும் ஒப்பிட்டு கூற முடியாது. அவரது அன்பு ஈடு இணையில்லாதது. இந்த கடவுளின் அன்பை நாம் நமது மனித இயல்பில் புரிந்து கொள்ளவே முடியாது. அதனை புரிந்து கொள்வதற்கான ஆற்றல், நமது அறிவுக்கு இல்லை என்பதுதான் உண்மை. கடவுள் இந்த உலகத்தை ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக பார்க்கிறார். இந்த உலகத்தில் வாழக்கூடிய அனைவரையும் தனது பிள்ளைகளாகப் பாவிக்கிறார்....

திருப்பாடல் 130: 1 – 2, 3 – 4, 5 – 6, 7 – 8 இந்த திருப்பாடல் ஓர் ஆன்மாவின் திருப்பாடலாக அமைகிறது. இறந்தவர்களின் உடல்களை அவர்களது இல்லத்திலிருந்து குருவானவர் எடுத்து வருவதற்கு முன்னதாகச் சொல்லப்படும் செப வழிபாட்டில் இடம்பெறும் பதிலுரைப்பாடலாகவும் இது அமைந்துள்ளது. வெறும் உலக காரியங்கள் சார்ந்தோ, தனிப்பட்ட, பொதுக்காரியங்கள் சார்ந்தோ அல்ல. உள்ளத்தின் ஆழத்திலிருந்து பேசும் ஆன்மாவின் பாடல் என்று சொல்லலாம். மனவருத்தத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தும் ஏழு திருப்பாடல்களுள் ஒன்றாக இது கருதப்படுகிறது. தவறான வழியில் சென்றவர்கள் மீண்டும் திருச்சபைக்குள் சேர்க்கப்படுகிறபோது, பாடப்படும் பாடலாகவும் இது அமைந்துள்ளது. தவறான வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்து கடவுளை நாடிவருகிறவர்களும், இந்த பாடலை பாடிச் செபிப்பது பொருத்தமானதாக இருக்கும். கடவுள் முன்னிலையில் தன்னுடைய உண்மையான நிலையை, தன்னுடைய பலவீனத்தை, தான் செய்த குற்றங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கூடிய ஒரு மனிதனின் பாடல் தான் இந்த வரிகள். ஒருவன் எவ்வளவு தான், தன்னை நல்லவனாகக்...
