Jesus “breathed on them.” –John 20:22 In the beginning, “the Lord God formed man out of the clay of the ground and blew into his nostrils the breath of life, and so man became a living being” (Gn 2:7). தூய ஆவி

இன்றைய நற்செய்தியில் (+யோவான் எழுதிய நற்செய்தியிலிருந்து வாசகம் 20: 19-23) இயேசு தன் சீடர்களுக்கு தூய ஆவியைக்கொடுக்கிறார். யோவான் நற்செய்தியாளர் தூய ஆவியைப்பற்றி எழுதும்போது நிச்சயமாக தொடக்கத்தில் தூய ஆவியின் பங்களிப்பை நினைவுகூர்ந்து எழுதியிருக்க வேண்டும். தொடக்கநூல் 2: 7 ல் பார்க்கிறோம்: “அப்பொழுது ஆண்டவராகிய கடவுள் நிலத்தின் மண்ணால் மனிதனை உருவாக்கி, அவன் நாசிகளில் உயிர்மூச்சை ஊத, மனிதன் உயிர் உள்ளவன் ஆனான்”. எசேக்கியேல் 37: 9 சொல்கிறது: “மானிடா! இறைவாக்குரைத்து உயிர்மூச்சிடம் சொல். தலைவராகிய ஆண்டவர் கூறுவது இதுவே: நான்கு காற்றுகளிலிருந்தும் உயிர்மூச்சே வா, நீ வந்து கொலையுண்ட இவர்களுக்குள் புகு. அப்பொழுது இவர்கள் உயிர் பெறுவர்”. இங்கே உயிர்தருகிறவராக தூய ஆவியானவர் சித்தரிக்கப்படுகிறார். சோர்ந்து போயிருக்கிற உள்ளங்களுக்கும், வாழ்க்கைப்புயலில் அடித்துச்செல்லப்பட்டு கரைகாண முடியாமல் தடுமாறிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் உடைந்தவர்களுக்கு உறுதிதரும் பணியைச்செய்கிறவர் தூய ஆவியானவர். பயந்து நடுங்கிக்கொண்டு, தங்களது உடைமைளையும், உரிமைகளையும் காப்பாற்றிக்கொள்ள பயந்து ஓடிய சீடர்களுக்குத் துணிவைத்தந்தவர் தூய...

நேர்மையாளரையும், பொல்லாரையும் ஆண்டவர் சோதித்தறிகிறார்

ஒருவரை நல்லவரா? கெட்டவரா? என்று அறிவதற்கு, சோதனை செய்து பார்ப்பது மனிதர்களின் குணம். மிகப்பெரிய பொறுப்பை ஒருவரிடம் கொடுக்க விரும்பும் தலைவர், யாரிடத்தில் அதனைக் கொடுக்க விரும்புகிறாரோ, அவரை பலமுறை சோதித்திருப்பார். அந்த சோதனையில் எல்லாம், அவர் வெற்றி பெற்றிருந்தால் மட்டுமே, அவரால் மிகப்பெரிய பொறுப்பை அவரிடம் கொடுக்கலாம் என்கிற எண்ணம் வருவதாக இருக்கும். இது மனிதர்களுக்குப் பொருந்தும் ஆனால், கடவுள் ஒருவரைச் சோதித்துப்பார்த்துதான் அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியுமா? அல்லது சோதித்து தான் அறிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டுமா? கடவுள் நேர்மையாளர்களையும், பொல்லாரையும் சோதித்து அறிகிறார் என்று திருப்பாடல் (திருப்பாடல் 11: 4, 5, 7) ஆசிரியர் சொல்கிறார். கடவுளுக்கு ஒருவரை யாரென்று தெரிய, சோதித்து அறிய வேண்டியதில்லை. அப்படியென்றால், எதற்காக கடவுள் சோதித்தறிகிறார்? என்று திருப்பாடல் ஆசிரியர் சொல்கிறார்? கடவுள் அறிய வேண்டும் என்பதைவிட, மற்றவர்கள் ஒருவரை நேர்மையாளர் அல்லது பொல்லார் என்பதை அறிய வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக, கடவுள் அவர்களைச் சோதிக்கிறார்....
