“After beginning in the Spirit, are you now to end in the flesh?” –Galatians 3:3 The greatest tragedy possible is to end in the flesh. Jesus died and rose to make us new creations. It would be a great tragedy to die still trapped in our fallen nature and refusing the total newness of life in Christ (see 2 Cor 5:17). லூக்கா 11:5-13 இறையேசுவில் இனியவா்களே! நம்பிக்கையோடும் ஆர்வத்தோடும் திருப்பலிக்கு வந்திருக்கின்ற உங்கள் அனைவரையும் அன்போடு வரவேற்கின்றேன். இந்த நாள் உங்களுக்கு இனிய நாளாக இருக்கவும், நீங்கள் நல்ல உடல்நலத்துடன் வாழவும், உங்கள் வாழ்க்கை ஆசீர்வாதமாக அமையவும் உங்களை வாழ்த்துகிறேன். ஆண்டவரிடம் மன்றாடுகிறேன். எதையும் பெற வேண்டும் என்றால் தொடங்கிய முயற்சியை விடாமல் விடாப்பிடியாகத் தொடா்ந்து செய்யும் போது தான் வெற்றி என்பது கிடைக்கும். இறைவனிடம் இருந்து நாம் நம்முடைய வரங்களை பெற வேண்டும் என்றாலும் தொடர்ந்து விடாமல் விடாப்பிடியாக கேட்க வேண்டும். அதுதான் வரங்களை வாரி வழங்குகிறது. ஆகவே இன்றைய நாள் நாம் தொடங்குகிற முயற்சி, செயல் எல்லாம் தொடா்ந்து விடாமல் விறுவிறுப்பாக போகட்டும் என்கிறது இன்றைய நற்செய்தி வாசகம். அதை இரண்டு விதத்தில் நாம் ஆர்வமாக செய்யலாம். 1. முடியும் எதையும் செய்ய நம்மால் முடியும் என்ற உயா்ந்த எண்ணம் இருந்தாலே எல்லாவற்றையும் சிறப்பாக செய்ய முடிகிறது. எதையும் பின்வாங்காமல்...

Wives are to be prime examples of this submission. They are to teach all Christians the peace, joy, freedom, and disciplines of submission (see Eph 5:22).
