திருத்தூதர் பணி 13: 44 – 52 யூதர்களில் பெரும்பாலானவர்கள் பவுலையும், திருத்தூதர்களின் போதனையையும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை. பலர் மனந்திரும்பி, இயேசுவை மீட்பராக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டாலும், அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தினர் அவர்களை நம்பவில்லை. எந்தெந்த வழியில் அவர்களுக்கு இன்னல்களை தர முடியுமோ, அத்தனை வழிகளிலும் அவர்கள் முயற்சி எடுத்து, அவர்களை தடை செய்ய பார்த்தார்கள். அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தினரின் இந்த மிரட்டல்களைக் கண்டு, சீடர்கள் பயப்படவில்லை. ஒளிந்து ஓடவுமில்லை. அதிகாரவர்க்கத்தினரை துணிவோடு எதிர்த்து நின்றனர். ”கடவுளின் வார்த்தையை உதறித்தள்ளி, நிலைவாழ்வுக்குத் தகுதியற்றவர்கள் என்று உங்களுக்கு நீங்களே தீர்ப்பளித்துக் கொண்டீர்கள்” என்று பவுல், யூதர்கள் முன்னிலையில் துணிவோடு பேசுகிறார். இவ்வளவு எதிர்ப்புகளுக்கு நடுவிலும், சீடர்கள் கலக்கமுறவில்லை. அவர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியோடு வாழ்ந்தனர். ”சீடர்களோ தூய ஆவியால் ஆட்கொள்ளப்பட்டு மகிழ்ச்சியில் திளைத்திருந்தனர்”. அவர்கள் கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தியை அறிவிக்க எவ்வளவோ இன்னல்களை அனுபவித்தபோதிலும், மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியோ வாழ்ந்தனர். இறைவன் அவர்களோ இருக்கிறார் என்கிற ஆழமான விசுவாசம் தான், அவர்களுக்கு இந்த மகிழ்ச்சியைத் தந்தது. கவலை வருகிறபோது...

வாக்கு மாறாத இறைவன்

திருத்தூதர் பணி 13: 26 – 33 கடவுள் வாக்கு மாறாதவர், சொன்னதைச் செய்து முடிப்பவர் என்பது தான், தூய பவுலடியார் நமக்கு சொல்ல வருகிற செய்தியாகும். கடவுள் பல நூற்றாண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னதாக, இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களுக்கு வாக்களித்திருந்தார். அவர்களை அடிமைத்தனத்திலிருந்து விடுவிக்க மீட்பரை அனுப்புவேன் என்று, இறைவாக்கினர்கள் வாயிலாக முன்னறிவித்திருந்தார். இஸ்ரயேல் மக்களும், இறைவன் தங்களுக்கு கொடுக்கவிருந்த மீட்பருக்காக காத்திருந்தனர். அந்த மீட்பர் தான் இயேசு என்று, பவுலடியார் சொல்கிறார். இயேசுவின் வருகை, இறைவனுடைய வாக்குறுதி முழுமையாக நிறைவேறியிருப்பதை உணர்த்துகிறது என்பதுதான், அவருடைய செய்தியாக இருக்கிறது. மனிதர்கள் கடவுளிடத்தில் பல உடன்படிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளுகிறார்கள். ஆனால், வெகு எளிதாக கடவுளோடு செய்து கொண்ட உடன்படிக்கையை உடைத்துவிடுகிறார்கள். ஆனால், கடவுள் அப்படிப்பட்டவரல்ல. கடவுள் வல்லமையுள்ளவராக இருந்தாலும், வாக்குறுதி மாறாதவராக இருக்கிறார். பொதுவாக, வலிமை படைத்தவர்கள் தான், உடன்படிக்கையை மீறுகிறவர்களாக இருப்பார்கள். தங்களின் அதிகாரத்தை காட்ட வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணம் கொண்டிருப்பார்கள். ஆனால், கடவுள் அப்படிப்பட்டவரல்ல....
