அன்பானவர்களே! நம்முடைய நற்கருணையின் ஆண்டவராம் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் என் அன்பின் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள். நம்முடைய ஆண்டவர் பாலகனாய் இந்த உலகத்தில் தோன்றி நம் எல்லோருக்காகவும், ஏன் இந்த உலகத்தில் பிறக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு மனுஷனுக்காகவும்,அவருடைய தோளில் சிலுவையை சுமந்து நம் ஒவ்வொருவருடைய பாவத்துக்காகவும் சிலுவையில் அடிக்கப்பட்டு கடைசி சொட்டு இரத்தம் வரைக்கும் நமக்காக சிந்தி அவரின் உயிரை கொடுத்து நம்மை மீட்டுள்ளார் என்பது யாவரும் அறிந்ததே.எசாயா 53ம் அதிகாரத்தை முழுதும் வாசித்து பார்த்தால் நன்கு புரியும். பிரியமானவர்களே! இப்படிப்பட்ட ஆண்டவரை நாம் தெய்வமாக கொண்டுள்ளது எத்தனை விசேஷித்தவர்கள் நாம்.அவருடைய உடலை அப்பமாகவும்,அதாவது நற்கருணையாகவும்,அவர் இரத்தத்தை திராட்சரசமாகவும் பருகும் நாம் அவரின் எண்ணங்களின்படி வாழ்கிறோமா? என்று யோசித்து பார்ப்போம். இதை ஏன் சொல்கிறேன் என்றால் ஒரே இரத்தத்தால் கழுவப்பட்ட நமக்குள் எத்தனை பிரிவினைகள், எத்தனை ஜாதிகள்?. அவர் உடல் என்ன ஜாதியோ, நாம் எல்லாரும் அந்த ஜாதியே! அவரின் இரத்தம் என்ன மதமோ, நாம் எல்லோரும் அந்த மதமே. கிறிஸ்துவர்கள் என்று பெயர்...

Lord Jesus, today we thank You for the angels we call our best friends. Bless, sanctify, heal, and strengthen our friendships. We praise You and glorify You for their love and support – the friend in school, the one who shared secrets in college, the colleague who always lend an ear and the stranger who became the most integral part of our lives. May they never see distress, but always be Your witnesses of love, peace and joy. Bless my best friend, Lord. Amen.

அன்பார்ந்த சகோதர, சகோதரிகளே! உங்கள் யாவருக்கும் நம்முடைய ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் அன்பின் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள். இந்த உலகத்தில் வாழும் அனைவருக்கும் விலையுயர்ந்த பொக்கிஷம் என்றால் அது நம்முடைய வேதமே! ஏனெனில் வேதத்தின் மூலம் நாம் நல்லது எது? கெட்டது எது? வாழ்வா,சாவா? அனுதின வாழ்க்கையின் போராட்டத்தில் இருந்து எப்படி நம்மை பாதுகாத்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும், ஆசீர்வாதமா? சாபமா? எல்லாவற்றுக்கும் பதில் அதில் இருக்கிறது. அனுதினமும் வேதத்தை வாசித்து தியானித்து அதன்படி நடந்தோமானால் நம்மை யாராலும் எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது. பயத்திலிருந்து விடுதலை, ஆபத்திலிருந்து பாதுக்காப்பு, நோயிலிருந்து சுகம், கடன் பிரச்சனையிலிருந்து சுதந்திரம் இப்படி சொல்லிக்கொண்டே போகலாம். இவையெல்லாம் நமக்கு கிடைக்க வேண்டுமானால் அதற்கு நாம் செய்ய வேண்டிய வேலை தினமும் காலையில் எழுந்து வேதத்தை வாசித்து ஆண்டவரை நோக்கி ஜெபித்துவிட்டு அந்த நாளுக்குரிய எல்லா காரியத்தையும் அவர் பாதபடியில் வைத்துவிட்டு அவர் சித்தப்படி நடந்துக்கொண்டால் இந்த உலகத்திலே நாம்தான் சிறந்தவர்கள். எல்லாம் நமக்கு கூட்டியே கிடைக்கும். மத்தேயு 6 :33. ஆனால் நாமோ அப்படிப்பட்ட விலையுயர்ந்த பொக்கிஷத்தை ஏதோ ஒரு மூலையில்...
