அன்பும்,பாசமும்,நிறைந்த இணையதள நெஞ்சங்களுக்கு,நம் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் என் அன்பின் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள். இந்த உலகில் வாழும் ஒருவரிலாவது பாவமே செய்யாத மனுஷர் கிடையாது. எல்லோரும் ஏதோ ஒரு விதத்தில் ஏதோ ஒரு காரணத்துக்காக பாவம் செய்கிறோம். அதனால் தான் கடவுள் மனுவுறுக்கொண்டு இந்த பூமியில் இறங்கி வந்தார். பூமிக்கு வந்தது மட்டுமல்லாமல் தமது உயிரையே கொடுத்தார். அதுவும் நாம் நேர்மையாளர் என்ற காரணத்துக்காக அல்ல. ஒருவேளை ஒரு நேர்மையாளருக்காக ஒருவர் தனது உயிரை கொடுக்கலாம். அதுவே அரிதான செயலாக இருக்கும் பொழுது நாம் பாவிகளாய் இருந்தபொழுது கிறிஸ்து நமக்காக தமது உயிரைக்கொடுத்தார். உயிரையே கொடுத்து தமது அன்பை வெளிப்படுத்தி நம்மை மீட்டுக்கொண்டார். ரோமர் 5:8. மனம் மாறிய ஒரு பாவியைக் குறித்துக் கடவுளின் தூதரிடையே மகிழ்ச்சி உண்டாகும் என இயேசுவே லூக்கா 15:10ல் கூறுகிறார். ஏனெனில் அவர் பலியை அல்ல, இரக்கத்தையே விரும்புகிறவர். அதனால்தான் அவர் நேர்மையாளரை அழைக்க வராமல் பாவிகளையே அழைக்க வந்தார். மத்தேயு 9:13. நோயுற்ற ஒருவருக்கு ஒரு குணமாக்கும் மருத்துவர் எவ்வளவு அவசியமோ,...

“They took him and threw him into the cistern, which was empty and dry. Then they sat down to their meal.” –Genesis 37:24-25 The hardness of the human heart is fully portrayed in today’s readings. The brothers of Joseph moved quickly and easily from cold-blooded plotting of their brother’s death, to throwing him in the cistern to die, to sitting down to eat their dinner. Lord Jesus, we pass people every day who need a demonstration of Your love – friends, family, strangers. May we search for ways to show extravagant gestures of gracious love, and outlandish acts of kindness. Make us people who set a primary goal – of doing daily deeds for which we cannot be repaid but in heaven. Set our hearts on fire for people who do not know You. Precious Savior, consume us with compassion for the desperate and downtrodden. Let us pour our lives out into Your kind of love. Amen.

அன்பான சகோதர,சகோதரிகளுக்கு,நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் நாமத்தில் என் அன்பின் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள். இன்றும் கண்ணீரோடு, கவலையோடு எனக்கு உதவி செய்ய யாருமே இல்லையே, என்னை நேசித்து என்மேல் அன்பு காட்ட ஒருவரும் இல்லையே என்று ஏங்கித் தவிக்கிறீர்களா? நீங்கள் விடும் பெரும் மூச்சை ஆண்டவர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறார் . உங்களுக்கு நேரிட்ட தீங்கை நினைத்து மனம் இரங்கி உங்கள் எதிரிகளிடம் இருந்து காப்பாற்ற உங்களுக்காக காத்திருக்கிறார். இரவும்,பகலும் வெள்ளமென கண்ணீர் விடும் உங்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தையும், ஜெபத்தையும் கேட்கிறார். அதற்கு நாம் முதற்சாமத்தில் எழுந்து நம் உள்ளத்தில் உள்ளதை அவர்முன் நம் விண்ணப்பத்தை தண்ணீரைப்போல் ஊற்றும்படி கூறுகிறார். தாம் தேர்ந்துக்கொண்டவர்கள் அல்லும், பகலும் தம்மை நோக்கி கூக்குரல் இடும்பொழுது கடவுள் அவர்களுக்கு நீதி வழங்காமல் இருப்பாரோ? அவர்களுக்கு துணை செய்ய காலம் தாழ்த்துவாரோ? விரைவில் அவர்களுக்கு நீதி வழங்குவார் என நான் உங்களுக்கு சொல்கிறேன் என்று இயேசு நமக்கு வாக்கு அளிக்கிறார். லூக்கா 18:7. நாம் ஞானமுள்ளவர்களாய் நடந்து நேர்மையானவற்றை பேசினால் கடவுளின் உள்ளம் மகிழ்ந்து நம் விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்கும். வளமுடன் இருக்கும்...

“If they do not listen to Moses and the prophets, they will not be convinced even if one should rise from the dead.” –Luke 16:31 The human heart is so twisted and deceitful (Jer 17:9) that most of us, even in a world of instant communication, do not notice hundreds of millions of starving people at our doorsteps (see Lk 16:20).
