“Joseph, son of David, have no fear.” –Matthew 1:20 Shortly before Jesus was crucified, He prayed: “O Father most holy, protect them with Your name” (Jn 17:11). “Guard them from the evil one” (Jn 17:15). We need to be on guard, for our “opponent the devil is prowling like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1 Pt 5:8). We are in such danger that the Lord has assigned guardian angels to us (Ps 91:11), and the Holy Spirit has assigned pastors to guard us as members of the Church (Acts 20:28). கடவுளுக்குள் அன்பான சகோதர,சகோதரிகளுக்கு,நம் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள். இதோ!இந்த நாளிலும் நம்முடைய ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு காட்டிய பாதையில் நம் வாழ்க்கை பயணம் செல்லுமேயானால்,நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கை மட்டும் அல்லாது நமக்கு பின் வரும் நமது சந்ததியும் ஆசீர்வாதத்தை பெற்று வாழும் என்பதில்சிறிதேனும் சந்தேகம் இல்லை. நம் முன்னோர்களாகிய ஆபிரகாம்,ஈசாக்கு,என்பவர்களுக்கு நம் கடவுள் வாக்குத்தத்தம் செய்தபடியே,அவர்களின் பின்வந்த சந்ததி எத்தனையோ பாவங்களை செய்து ஆண்டவரின் நாமத்தை அலட்சியப்படுத்தினாலும் வாக்கு மாறாத நம் கடவுள் அவர்களுக்கு ஆணையிட்டப்படியே அவர்கள் சந்ததியாரும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட அவர்கள்மேல் இரக்கம் பாராட்டுவதை திருச்சட்டத்தில் காணலாம். ஆகையால் நாம் கடவுளிடம் கேட்கும் காரியத்தை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள அவர் காட்டிய வழியில் நடந்து அவருடைய சினம் நமக்கு எதிராக செயல்பட்டு நம்முடைய ஆசீரை அழிக்காதபடிக்கு காத்துக்கொள்வோம். ஏனெனில் நம்முடைய கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவரின் தூயமக்கள் நாம். அதுமட்டுமல்லாது இந்த பூமியில் உள்ள மக்களினங்களில் நம்மையே தம் சொந்த மக்களாக தெரிந்துக்கொண்டார். நாம் மிகவும் நல்லவர்கள்...

“In a time of favor I answer you, on the day of salvation I help you.” –Isaiah 49:8 We have been fasting for four weeks to prepare for Easter. What will the Lord do this Easter? Some who feel forsaken and forgotten will be assured of the Lord’s tender love (see Is 49:14-15). At first, this will not change the distressing circumstances of their lives, but will dramatically change their attitude toward them. Long-term desolation will be replaced by restoration (Is 49:8). Many people trapped in the prison and darkness of sin will come out and show themselves (Is 49:9)....

அன்பான சகோதர,சகோதரிகளுக்கு,நம் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் என் அன்பின் நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள். வேதத்தில் 365 நாட்களுக்கும் 365 பயப்படாதே என்ற வார்த்தை இருக்கிறது. இது எதை குறிக்கிறது என்றால் நாம் ஒவ்வொருநாளும் பயப்படாமல் இருக்கும்படி நமக்காக எழுதி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நாமும் இந்த வார்த்தையை பயன்படுத்தி ஜெபம் செய்து தைரியம் உள்ளவர்களாக மாறுவோம் நானும் எதற்க்கெடுத்தாலும் பயந்த சுபாவத்துடன் இருந்தேன். ஆனால் ஆண்டவரின் வார்த்தைகளை தினமும் வாசித்து தியானிக்கும் பொழுது என் பயம் எங்கே சென்றது என்று தெரியவில்லை. பயப்படாதே, நான் உன்னுடன் இருக்கிறேன், கலங்காதே, நான் உன் கடவுள். நான் உனக்கு வலிமை அளிப்பேன்: உதவி செய்வேன். என் நீதியின் வலது கரத்தால் உன்னை தாங்குவேன். எசாயா 41:10 ல் வாசிக்கலாம். நம்மை உண்டாக்கியவரும், நம் தாயின் கர்ப்பத்தில் உருவாக்கியவரும் நமக்கு உதவி செய்பவரும் அவரே. நான் தேர்ந்துக்கொண்ட எசுரூன் பயப்படாதே நீ அவமானதுக்குள்ளாக மாட்டாய்: வெட்கி நாணாதே. இனி நீ...

“No man ever spoke like that before.” –John 7:46 “The crowd was sharply divided over Him.” –John 7:43 The temple guards “forgot” to arrest Jesus, so impressed were they by His words.
